The front desk receptionist is very rude dismissive and very combative. I am very new to the area and I went there out of convenience and on the website it does State that it is a "walk-in clinic". when I went there She very rudely told me that this is not a walk-in clinic and that I should go somewhere else because they're not taking new clients nor walk-ins. When I told her that it does state online that is a walk clinic hence why I came here. She said to me no it's not go to Jane and Finch..
I come to this clinic mainly for Convenience I live close by and I come to see Dr Oxana singkh for my pregnancy she helped with the process for my first baby so I felt comfortable for my Secound she’s great only complaint is shes in only 2 times a week so that’s a bit annoying but my main reason for this review is for the front desk receptionists I find them very rude there mannerism's the way they speak to patients coming to see the doctor is very short and rude I seen some patients that come in and don’t speak proper Engli... read more

How in this planet this place is in bussines. A woman at reception dont have any idea how to talk to peapoll she need a long training to be polite to others. The worst place in Canada
