I’ve been seeing this ophthalmologist for years. Usually, I see her for regular check-ups and she’s always been great. Beautiful office, friendly staff, really good doctor. I did see her once in a crisis (I had sudden vision changes that greatly affected driving) and not only did she see me quickly but she picked up on subtle vision changes that ended up being vertical heterophoria linked with some other neuro issues I had going on. Dr. Jane is excellent. She seems very genuine and is quite knowledgeable. I enjoyed my appointment with her and staff. I’ll be back if my location permits!
Don't get your glasses here
No one picks up the phone even in the business hours! I had to simply go and pick my glasses but even for that I need an appointment. I texted them to get a time slot but no response!
All members of the staff and Dr. Semel were pleasant, professional and informative. Follow up visit today, 3 years after my first visit and it was great to see that everyone was still super nice and helpful !
