I had my first visit in this office today to establish care. Upon entering office everything was clean, I had minimal wait time. Everything in the front office was well decorated. The office staff was kind, helpful and answered questions. I've only had one visit, I was impressed with my plan of care. They have a phlebotomist in office. Overall super impressed with the time spent and helpfulness of all in the front and back office. Thank you :)
At first was great. Dr Carter delivered one of my kids, she's alright. Not my complaint. This year was a miscarriage. I was assigned Dr. Calma (spelling may or may not be correct) after seeing a nurse practitioner for most of the pregnancy and having my concerns basically dismissed. Here's some quotes. I asked for pain management after my miscarriage, he laughed and said, "doesn't hurt to ask" after he denied me. PS week after that, I had dental work done, a tooth pulled, they gave me hydros. Not accepting new patients despite saying otherwise online.
I've been taking my kids here for the past year and I've loved how kind and friendly the staff is! We never have to wait long to be seen, they get you in and out quickly but they don't rush you. If you have questions or concerns, they will take their time to talk with you. I've recently had to start seeing their OBGYN and I wish I'd gone there for my last pregnancy bc they've been wonderful!
Dr Kari Moreford and Dr Nathan Walters are the most therapeutic team I’ve had since my last psychologist retired after providing my family 25 years of services. It takes alot to start over with new doctors /,therapists but these are at the top of their field. I’m very happy with this office (1210 building) as well. The staff is very helpful, polite, kind, & professional! I would recommend and give them all A+++
