The receptionists are excellent and very kind, and they also speak Spanish, which makes communication much easier. Dr. Ibrahim is simply fantastic – an outstanding, caring, and very professional doctor. I highly recommend this clinic!
I don’t understand the reason for so many complaints, because my experience with this clinic has always been very positive. I’ve been there several times and I am truly grateful. The receptionists deserve special recognition: they are always kind, respectful, and willing to help in any situation. I waited 1 hour and a half . Saw the doctor he prescribed me medication I been on for years I explained to him and the front desk that I ran out of refills and I moved locations so I needed refills on medication . He did not give the access code to the pharmacist to pay for my medication . I am covered by Ontario works . As I explained to them I have on to walk in clinics and the doctor gave access so I can pay for my medication through my insurance Ontario works.
