My doctor (Paris) and his assistant are always responsive. They always remind me of my appointment dates. I've been with the same doctor for 9 years and I'm absolutely satisfied.
Service is quick n the experience is professional
Dr. Gronska is a very thorough doctor. She is knowledgeable, proactive and very friendly. Not to many doctors like her. I give her 5 stars and nothing less than that.
They don't answer phones. I was referred to Dr. B Tse by my family doctor. Missed their call and have called back numerous times and no answer. They also don't have voice-mail set up. Have to keep calling til they decide they finally want to answer.
