Answered all my questions quickly and honestly. Above all in my corner. Answered back quickly. I would recommend her again and again.
If you’re a buyer, don’t plan on using her. She doesn’t know how to write contracts, then will harass the seller once the contract is followed, thinking she wrote it correctly. She will also message the sellers realtor after her clients moved in, claiming there is “no water pressure”, demanding something be done about it. Mind you, the water was fixed, and I lived in the home for another 3 weeks, with it still working. Final inspection and closing was also 3 weeks prior to me moving out.
