If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The customer service was poor from the very beginning. Judy did a terrible job on my hair. I specifically told her that I didn’t want any grey tones, but she still gave me a grey colour. My hair ended up looking yellow, green, and patchy, with some areas still a dull grey. I went to this salon for a while because the prices were a bit lower than at other salons. At first, I was satisfied with the haircuts. However, over time, every haircut by the owner became the exact opposite of what I had requested. My hair became even frizzier, more prone to flipping out, and increasingly difficult to manage.
