Would not advise to go to Dr. Blumenthal. She is NOT competent!!! I had my hysterectomy in 2013 and still have regular periods to this day November 2018. She apologized and said I was in the 2%? I guess of the surgeries she did wrong! I went to another gynecologist and was informed that she left part of my uterus and that is why I still get periods every month. I have been with Dr. Blumenthal for about a decade through menopause. I did not have her as my physician when I was in the child birth years. I have always been very impressed by her kindness, and her direct style. I am very happy she is my physician.

Dr. Blumenthal is a GREAT doctor I've been with her for almost 10yrs now. She doesn't have the best nurses I will agree with that but that should be on a review for the office not for her. She's always thorough and knowledgable when it comes to my many issues that I have to deal with. She thinks outside of the box and will try everything that you're comfortable with to resolve your issue she will even bring in another doctor if she can't get to the bottom of something.

Save yourself some time and go elsewhere. They called me literally 10 minutes before my appointment time, right as I had gotten out of my Uber and was walking into the building, to tell me they messed up the scheduling and had to move my appointment to the next day. I was scheduled for a colpo and had already taken a ton of Advil to prep for the procedure, so now I have to do that all over again tomorrow.
