Stay away from this office. Before the visit, we asked for one specific injection and were told yes, it can be done. The visit lasted about 2 minutes. Dr. Bistline asked the questions and answered them herself — we literally could not get a word in. We asked if I would get the injections that helped me before. She said yes, she knows what to do to get it approved with insurance. Instead, her office submitted an authorization for a completely different procedure and never told us. Dr Bistline and her entire office staff are amazing and very helpful , Me and my mother ( Who is 85 years old now ) saw Dr Bistline for many years for different kinds of major orthopedic problems and she always treated us the same way with care and Professionalism. I cant thank her enough .May God always bless you Dr Bistline.

I want to be fair in this review because my experience did not start off negatively. My initial experience with Dr. Jane Bistline at her office was actually fine. She answered my questions, and the physician assistant/nurse practitioner I first spoke with was professional, informative, and very clear about the PRP procedure and what to expect. I have had nothing but good experiences every time I go here. Dr Jane is wonderful and makes you feel very comfortable. Her staff is very helpful. Highly recommend this office to anyone needing pain management. I am now standing upright again.
