JaneDO Hoboken is my happy place for workouts! I absolutely love the trainers who bring out the best in you through kind, gentle motivation and a completely judgment-free environment. But the best part of all is the incredible community of Janes who cheer you on, lift you up, and make every workout that much more special.
My favorite fitness studio! The classes are always so fun but challenging, and I love that there are different class styles. It makes it easy to stay consistent because you can switch things up. The instructors are all so nice, and the whole studio has such a welcoming atmosphere!

Jane DO is the best! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and I never feel intimidated — even in classes I’d normally be nervous to try. Every single trainer is so encouraging and inclusive, and they really make an effort to get to know you and make you feel welcome and special. The classes are also SO fun that they genuinely fly by! With most workouts I’m counting down the seconds until they’re over, but that’s never the case here. So happy I found a place I actually love going to!
