This team charged us $5650 instead of $56.50 for our monthly premium, and instead of just admitting that they had made a mistake and quickly resolving it they have been giving us the run around for almost a week requesting all kinds of documentation and wanting to see our credit limit before issuing us a refund. It's ridiculous. They should have just apologized and reversed the charge immediately. We will be moving our business elsewhere.
