Dr. Kelley has been my Primary care dr. for the past several years mainly because it is difficult to switch. But I feel like I am finally ready to make a change. Dr Kelley can be very rude and condescending at her appointments. I feel like she speaks to me like I'm dumb.
When she talks to you, she talks so loud as if you are deaf and has the most condescending attitude. Her staff is not friendly. All she is worried about is your next appointment for money. She kept trying to force medication on me and because I didn't agree with her treatment she would have her assistant put patient refused treatment. I will never go back.
Horrible experience. The staff smelled like smoke and had nasty dirty fingernails. Dr Kelly speaks so loud that people in the next room can hear everything she is saying. She talks to you like you are 5 years old and an idiot. The wait time to see her is at least 30 minutes. I would not recommend her to anyone. Switching doctors immediately.
