The job was awarded based on recommendation from our realtor. We wish we had done more in-depth research. In short: Poor and sporadic communication (disappearing for days at a time). Deceptive pricing practices. Questionable craftsmanship (work not to code). Misrepresentation of capabilities. Unprofessional (a team member had to be removed from the job for aggressive behavior toward building staff). We were forced to bring in outside consultation and head in another direction. Proceed at your own risk.
The most professional, no cutting corners, very fast and the best experience with a contractor I have ever had, lowest estimate from all the quotes I had.
