RecommendedI've only been twice but i can't tell you how impressed i am. I was welcomed in and made to feel comfortable right away. During my first group in answer to my question,"what if you can't do a pushup?" Within a few seconds with James' simple instruction on technique i was doing pushups. Mind officially blown! As i write this review I'm praying i don't laugh,cough,or sneeze because my abs are deliciously on fire from the 2nd class. I would recommend any level of athlete from beginner to triathlete to check them out.
