Not a good place..You can only blame management. I went to the Lindenhurst location several years ago and was not happy when I left. I was dissapointed in the horrible upkeep of the place as well at the attitude of the staff. Ive read in other reviews that the shampoo girl was the only friendly person working there. I agree completely. She was running all over the place doing tasks for the stylists and manager while tending to the customers at the same time. Two words: the worst. Non-professional and rude. Two more words: Stay Away.
I love this place because they LISTEN to how you want your hair, they explain what's going to be done and what to expect and there isn't any push to buy product.
