Very bad experience. My salesman was full of big talk and promises, until I signed the listing agreement. Promised to be in the office to safeguard sensitive files. That went out the window when he took a trip to Greece and didn't warn me. Then when I pressured him about his big marketing plans which ended up being listed on MLS, he told me I could just sit this year out if I was unhappy because he had the agreement for 6 months plus any sale within 6 months.
