RecommendedProfessional, very careful with our new baby puppy. The receptionist got us an appointment the same day. Dr. Janda was very clear and informative. So happy we found a vet for our fur baby.
My pet and I had the worst experience here. I left because of the rudeness of both Dr Janda and the receptionist. They do nothing to provide a safe feeling environment animals and it’s so sad. I feel hurt leaving there due to the way they treated me and my dog, Leo. It breaks my heart that people who treat both people and animals so poorly can have a clinic like this running. Fast service, kind, knowledgable, and caring. Dr. Janda has the ultimate superpower to handle and control dogs really well. �
Yes he's cranky from working for so long everyday for past 40yrs who wouldnt be. But he's great, honest, won't rip you off, and has the pets best interest at heart as long as you do as well.
Me and my family have been going there for more than 20 years. The most knowledgeable vet I've ever been too. I don't live there in Cicero anymore and still drove the distance to take my cat there.
I've been going to Dr. Janda for years....Dr. Janda and his staff are the best!
The vet janda is very unprofessional and he was verbally abusive to my dog calling her stupid for having a little accident, on top of that called my daughter an idiot for not being able to stop her he seemed very rude and got disrespectful to the point where he started to mock me, his own staff seemed disturbed by his behavior.. it was a very disappointing and shocking altercation especially when I always looked to him as a good veterinarian If it was possible to rate negative stars I would put that.
