The office staff is horrible because they changed out so many employees. I’m hardly able to see my provider anymore because she shortened her week. Because she’s not there as much anymore I have to see and talk to others who don’t know me and definitely don’t help me. When I leave messages for the nurse she NEVER calls me back. I’ve never once actually ever met my primary care physician, I expect to at least know the doctor whose care my insurance and myself are paying. The NP is good, but it just doesn’t feel right to go to a doc and never, ever meet them. The nurse I have interacted with here was rude and inconsiderate, complaining about having to actually do their job right in front of me making me feel like I’m a burden for needing a physical. Used to be a good office until they just started hiring nurse practitioners that don't even know how to administer shots. Kept us waiting an hour for test results. Buphinder sangha is an inconsiderate NP with zero beside manor. She's very hard to understand and completely ignored my mother (the patient) and talked to me without barely glancing at her. Ana Freixas-Hobbs PA was completely disrespectful to my grandmother. Shame on this woman for yelling at a patient. Rest assured a formal complaint will be made. Dr. Jada, please address the negative interactions held by your PA.
