Had a job done that required alignment of belts/pulleys after completion. No other persons adjusted anything after the job was completed. 3 months later we have a motor jumping and find the pulley off alignment. A month later we happen to spot check a second motor and it's pulley wasn't even tightened onto the shaft and was 3/8" off alignment. Janda reps looked and accepted the lack of tightened pulley but said that it wouldn't have caused any damages, and did not pay for the cost of alignment done by the motor rep. The main... read more
