Last fall we needed a new roof on a part of our home that is flat. We interviewed 4 contractors for a new rubber roof that they recommend. We decided to go with Jancewicz & Son. We asked all the necessary questions we never had a rubber roof before and was concern about any damage to our home that the roof could cause since we told the snow really comes down with it similar to a metal roof.
