Terrible, they dropped out immediately after the patient, not using the name here, went to the hospital for pneumonia, and compared to other people her age, she wasn’t much of a problem at all, the person taking care of her was very nice but the company management or whatever is terrible.
Jancare is exceptional. Janice and her team take a wholistic view of care and companionship. They are interested in the person (and the treat my mom like a person!), the location, the doctors/OT/PT, the family, and even the neighbors. And they ask themselves 1 question everyday - How can we make this amazing individual's life better and sweeter over whatever time they have left. Sharnie has been exceptional as the "boots on the ground". Thank you soooo much.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the care given to my mother by the staff at JanCare. They have been flexible, responsive, and supportive throughout our time using the service (which continues today.) I highly recommend them for people in need of home care services.
