wouldnt even give 1 star was given a new primary doctor July 21 2024 and have yet too see HIM because he seems to CANCEL everytime i call to complain only to get hung up on causing me to call back speak with another manager only to be told it happens all the time and we can promise you it wont happen again NO unprofessional people are ill we have and need Doctors not 1.s that cancel everytime and i mean everytime 000 STARS from me

I had been steered towards a hysterectomy as the only treatment for uterine fibroids, but I declined the feminine equivalent of castration to keep my body and dignity intact. When I found out that Dr. Ginsberg provided uterine fibroid embolization, it seemed like a sign from God. Beware of billing errors. Beacon billed my elderly mother for two copayments she had already made at the time of service. Not realizing it was a duplicate bill, she paid it. Now they are giving her the run-around and won't refund her overpayment. She is 80-years-old and on a fixed income. Beacon billing can NOT be trusted!

I would give 0 stars to the attitudes and rudeness of the ER staff at Three Rivers Hospital. To be so disrespected by A. West (supposedly an RN) was the highlight of this visit. She never asked me any questions, she just assumed, then "ordered" me to do whatever she said. The PA who saw me was not much better. Funny how their attitudes and tones changed when my husband arrived. The ER was not busy but the staff were congregated at the desk having too much fun to be bothered taking care of anyone. DO NOT GO TO ER here! Nurses are rude and know it all! They do not bother to get any medical history and will discharge you to the lobby without proper clothing to wait almost an hour for your family. Worst experience of m life in any hospital. The PA on call was worthless and then lied in her documentation.

I was always happy to have this facility in our backyard until recently. The last several times I have went there for routine labwork the registration was swift and accurate....the lab techniciation the same way.... However it is a cumbersome path to the lab. You have to drop off your paperwork to the radiology assistant. When they get a burst of energy they decide the stack is getting tall and they deliver the paperwork to the lab. Then the lab tech says "everybody comes at once" no ! we have been piling up for an hour now

Had a knee replacement and was treated like a piece of trash! Thank goodness my husband was there! They were absolutely terrible! Looking for another hospital now because I don't need to be treated like that after a major surgery! Will the hospital respond? No I doubt it!
