I ordered a takeout on July 17 through toast and got a call from the restaurant saying they were closed as their Chef was taking a day off. I tried speaking with the staff and had a toast representative try and get in touch with the restaurant, they have been unresponsive in both instances. It's been more than 10days since this happened and I'm still waiting to get my refund processed for $54.99. We wanted to try something different for dinner so we decided to order from HYDERABADI BIRYANI POT so we ordered from Door Dash for pickup on Saturday evening and when my husband and I went to pick up our order, the restaurant was closed! It wasn't even the correct name -- the name of the restaurant is Janatha Bar and Biryani. It was closed... At 6:30pm! And now they won't give me a refund for food that we never got to pick up and eat! What a scam! Don't order here or from Door Dash!

Bro, stop selling rotten chicken. Late night Biryani is accomodted with rotten chicken which really smells. How can you think to sell that?
