We were disappointed with our experience at the Ashburn branch, especially since we've enjoyed the Herndon location in the past. Unfortunately, the food quality here was not up to standard. ​The Andhra chicken curry was the main issue; it tasted stale and was not fresh. We also found the pieces in the tandoori platter to be very dry, and the jeera rice was bland. Based on this meal, we would not recommend the Ashburn location and suggest visiting the Herndon branch instead for their consistently better standards.

I recently ordered food from this restaurant, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The quantity of food served was far below expectations. When we called to address the issue, the owner, Raghu, happened to answer the call. Instead of listening and resolving the concern, he chose to argue, insisting that we had placed the wrong order — even after we clearly explained the situation. Went for dine in looking at the reviews. Food was bland, no flavor in both the dishes we ordered. Left the place after appetizers.

Ordered a food item and paid for a specific quantity—got less than what we paid for. When we tried to resolve it, the help desk staff were clueless and borderline disrespectful. Spoke to the manager, Raghu, who was surprisingly rude and dismissive. They promised to replace the item, so we made the trip back around 10 PM—only to find the store closed. Taste was authentic no question. But portion were not worth the $. 3 pcs of chicken drumstick on a bed of rice for $23 platter. Chicken Biryani had mostly rice and a few pcs of chicken.
