Dr. Bollu is clearly knowledgeable and great at what he does, but the level of disregard for patients’ time is incredibly frustrating. You can have a scheduled appointment and still end up waiting 2–3 hours (or more) to be seen. The same goes for same-day procedures—you’ll be sitting around for hours with little communication or updates. Few things to keep in mind before visiting doctor Ballu. 1. Should be south indian , / speak Telegu to get preference. 2. Front desk will make you sit for at-least 2 hours, be prepared . Sometimes he might even let some one by pass you, cause they speak telegu or a known face . You have to bear with it. If you object front desk giy will yell at you. You shouldn’t be surprised. 3. I been seen doctor Bollu for more than 10 years and he is very professional when he do any type of surgery in the hospital his the bests surgeon I will recommend doctor Bollu his a great gastroenterologist
