The appointment itself was fine, but the billing experience has been deceptive, unethical, and completely unacceptable. I will never return to Summit Health or any practice under them again. I scheduled and attended a routine annual physical, which my insurance covers at 100% with no copay. Instead, I received a bill for $57 — a $15 copay plus a charge for a vitamin D test I did not consent to. I have been seeing Dr. Daniel for about two years and have been satisfied with her health guidance. I appreciate that she is both easy to communicate with and will listen to and answer all of my questions. In addition, all of the staff are congenial and knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the office and rooms make the visits a calm and welcoming experience.
One of the most professional, kind , and caring MD’s I’ve ever visited. I was given a thorough exam and preventative care. Wish I had of found her a long time ago.
