We used Janacek Construction to add on space to our home by enclosing a back porch and also to reconfigure the downstairs rooms to function better. They listened and worked within our budget. Their estimate was reasonable compared to other bids we received. No additional surprise charges were added at the final payment. The team replaced a 24' cross-tie beam supporting a gable on our deck. Due to extensive water damage, replacement of the beam was urgently needed. The team at Janacek (Jason, Kyle, Dusty, Brian, Javier, Donovan, and Taylor) were the most professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working team we have ever had work on our home.
