Regrettably, I had a poor experience with Jana. I reached out to her inquiring about a property she had available for lease. Jana asked if I would need to sell my property before my commitment to a lease agreement however, informed her not currently interested in selling my property. She responded to my initial email however, failed to reply to my subsequent email. This is the second time we have used Jana to look for a home and the first time to sell a home. We wouldn't use anyone else. She is very communicative, very professional and very informative. She's also very encouraging when you start to feel discouraged. We totally trust her. We thought our previous Agent was great but nothing compared to Jana. She goes above and beyond for her clients.
