I really liked Jana. She is straight to the point and blunt but you only get a short time frame so its not for everyone. I went through a crisis period a few years ago and she told me she couldnt help me anymore and that she was retiring and i should find someone else. I see now she isnt retired and she lied to get rid of me. So all i can think is wow i must not be worth trying to help. To much of a problem. Well i did it without her anyways.
Jana Vengrin R.N. M.A., is someone I would not recommend. She makes diagnostic evaluations with hearing only what she wishes to hear and dismissing the rest. Moreover I find it extremely unprofessional to lie to patients. Where her entire practice should be on building trust with her patients and not deceiving them.
Been trying to get diagnosed for the different mental illnesses I have (psych major, done my own research for years, just need the professional diagnoses), but she never let me speak to even bring it up. Given 15-minute appointment time-slot, the last four times I had my appointments, she had me off the phone in 4 minutes or less. Not understanding, rushes you along, pretty much dreaded going.
