Very good experience at this salon - highly recommend! Jana did an incredible job and I was extremely happy with how my color/haircut came out. Overall, had a really great experience here and would recommend the salon if you want to ensure your hair is in good hands! Disclosure: I have no relation to this salon, I found it through an online search of hair salons in Boston, and loved their portfolio of work... and it ended up being the best choice! :)

I’ve been going to Jana and her team for years! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. Love the expertise, atmosphere and products they use. I even asked Jana to do my hair for my wedding ❤️
I’m sorry to give a bad review, but I called this salon 6 times the day before my appointment (before the cancellation window) and multiple times the day of to reschedule for a few hours later due to a work conflict. No one picked up any of the times, it went straight to voicemail. No one returned any of my voicemails now almost a week later. Then I saw my Amex was charged almost $100 yesterday for half the appointment charge for the haircut. I’m happy to pay if I missed the cancellation window, it’s just really bad form to ... read more
I’ve been going to Jana Ragos Studios for years and see Kelsey N, the best! The space is always beautiful and welcoming. Kelsey has great skills, both professionally and personably. Couldn’t recommend Jana Ragos more.
