I’m deeply disappointed in the level of care my son received with Dr. Robertson. We came in with a very real concern, nightly bladder discomfort, and instead of empathy or constructive medical insight, we were met with a dismissive attitude and condescending questioning. We found Dr. Jana Robertson to be very unprofessional, condescending and not medically up to date on information related to our Autistic son. During our last appointment at Alliance Pediatrics, Dr. Robertson made a joke to the nurse within my earshot that Mom is crazy, you can’t make an Autistic kid more Autistic with vaccines. When I requested data to substantiate her claims on long term vaccine safety and the linkage to Autism, she provide vague comments about them being safe without any credible data. I would advise you do your research before using Dr. Robertson!!! Our babies first pediatrician appointment was set up with her and it was nothing close to what we imagined a first appointment would be like. My baby had a rising bilirubin level that needed to be checked out and addressed. The first thing she said when she saw her was: “She doesn’t even look that orange.” I had to request a blood draw since Dr. Robertson did not suggest or recommend it herself to begin with. Absolutely the most horrendous customer service by doc and staff. HORRIBLE.
