When I first met Jana Morgan, psychotherapist, I had ideas about my difficulties in relationships. But those were the ideas I have had for years. With her insight I began to try and test new behaviors, not being so compliant and respecting my feelings. I learned to start talking about my issues, and started saying what I need. I see how kept so many feelings bottled up; and that over time this contributed to my poor health and loneliness. Through learning and experimenting, I feel better, much better.

I have seen Jana Morgan for over a year. I was in a very stuck place, depressed, anxious and feeling like I could not breathe or see a way through my challenges. She is a very emphatic, skilled mental healing professional. She brings warmth, kindness, and courage to this work. I am going through a learning, growth phase. I see my choices as much more accessible and not feeling as limited and negative. My work with Ms. Morgan has given me tangible tools and insights to how I can have a much happier and choiceful life.
