I saw Ms Hanny in VCU Tappahannock office today. I had been stressing about this visit for days. Jana immediately put me at ease. She is so knowledgeable, so down to earth and easy to talk to. I take back the 5 stars ... She deserves at least 10! The staff I encountered was awesome as well.
Very rude lady. Maybe good at her job, but no bedside manner per say.
