STAY AWAY! I had an appointment to discuss a potential bankruptcy. Well, I would much rather deal with creditors than Jana Effertz. She was arrogant and condescending. I didn't know anything about the process and she didn't take any time to explain it. When I asked her a question, she got very rude like HOW DARE YOU question ME!
