I assure you my previous review under the name Ellie Bellie is authentic and reflective of my experience with Jana Fleury. Nobody gets it right 100% of the time, including her. As stated, I accept my ultimate responsibility in following through on a contract for a place I doubted was for me but the realtor definitely had a hand in the transaction being pushed forward.
Wonderful experience! Jana is so helpful! We will definitely use her again and would encourage anyone to do the same.
Based on our experience as Sellers using her services, we would not recommend her to anyone. Beware. The only good out of the entire transaction was Stephen, who did the drone photography.
Boy, did I get led down the garden path by this realtor. Ended up with something I hated and couldn't wait to sell based on her very subtle pressure tactics. I take responsibility for my own failings in our transactions, but let this be a warning to YOU. Know what you want, stick to your guns and do NOT do business with this woman.
We moved to North Georgia from the Atlanta area. Moving long distance can be stressful. We had already had a negative experience with the whole thing. Jana was a tremendous help. She seemed to smooth out all the bumps in the road. It made our experience so much better. Jana is very patient and very thorough. We would definitely recommend her to anyone who is interested in purchasing or selling a home. :)
