Very helpful and kind. She was able to break down the policy that an outside "insurance specialist" couldn't figure out. Everyone at this office is very knowledgeable and eager to help. I couldn't be happier to work with everyone here.
I called in for a quote and the office manager Josh helped me with everything. He went into detail regarding the quote, policy, listened to exactly what I wanted and my concerns with my previous insurance company. He made me feel extremely comfortable and he made setting up the policy extremely easy.
