I cannot recommend this bridal store enough!! I bought my satin dress last August 2024. Well two months before my wedding in July 2025, I had my dress altered at my normal mom & pop alteration place where they absolutely ruined it- they gave it back to me with a huge scratch/ overly ironed spot on the butt, the hem was too short, and super dirty on the inside. I went into my appointment not knowing if I was going to find a dress and what exactly I wanted. Honey is the BEST her personality and knowledge is amazing I felt so comfortable being around her! She sat down with me to see exactly what I wanted and even found dresses to tailor my curves. Honey definitely made me step out of my comfort zone and I said YES to the dress!!! Thank you Honey for making this experience absolutely amazing!!
I specifically chose JAC for my first dress shopping experience because of their inclusive sizing. I'm on my weight loss journey but currently a size 22, which is outside the range of most of the bridal shops in the area. Everyone was so nice, and our associate Erin was so accommodating with trying various dresses within my admittedly-small budget. They even have black dresses, which thrilled me! I will strongly recommend JAC to any of my friends or acquaintances in the future!
What an amazing experience we had here at Jana Ann! Going in, I was very nervous as it was my first bridal shopping experience, but all my nerves went away once we sat down with my stylist, Erin. I said yes to MY dress! She was given the name “ McKenzie” and hence forth will be known as such. I feel like that gown was made for me. My experience was beyond my expectations! They have a beautiful and vast selection of gowns. All are comfortable and light to wear. I felt so seen and heard with the staff and everyone truly went above and beyond to make this once in a lifetime experience so special for me and my family. This was my first and last appointment.
