Jan and her Team were GREAT! They helped me through the process of applying for and getting approved for a mortgage. The process has changed allot since my last encounter with a bank or mortgage company 23 years ago. Using an app and updated technology we were able to complete applications and sign documents quickly and efficiently and at a time that was convenient for us. Communication was great and I was able to contact and ask questions when I needed too. Very responsive. I highly recommend.
