Jan Thai is one of the hidden gems of Bedford for dine in or take out. The siracha fried rice is one of the best dishes on the menu and the prices are fair. The staff is friendly and welcoming!
Mango sticky rice was good. Fried rice was also good. The owner was nice and friendly. For me, the braised fried pork is too salty and the pork fat still tasted greasy even with the sauce. So if you are very sensitive to pork fat, don’t try this one.
The vegetable and tofu soup had us hooked on this place. We have came back over and over just to taste the soup but each time we experience new and awesome foods. They have a very preprofessional atmosphere with elegant photos. The server is very sweet with always a smile and willingness to serve.
