We have been with Jan and her staff for over 20 years. They have been extremely helpful and understandings in our insurances needs. They have been open and honest never pushy or trying to sell us items we do not need.
I've been with this agent for about 9 years now. Everytime I've called, I get very polite, professional help. From needing help with a payment in these hard times, to my most recent request for road side assistance when I had to have my car towed to a repair shop.
