I started seeing Jan in 2021 after having issues developing from a concussion. She was very sensitive and spent time with me in the office. She was a great help. I continue seeing her with less frequency at this time as she has alleviated the majority of my issues. I couldn’t thank her more for her services.
Horrible communication, gave me an appointment almost 3 months after I called only to cancel it at 5:30am the day of my appointment. Attempts to reschedule me 22 days after the appointment I waited 3 months for. She also has zero staff and her text messages were very condescending. I will be contacting the board and submitting all my evidence so no one else has to suffer
