Jan became my health coach 14 years ago. If I need her help, she’s there for me. She’s not only possesses a delightful and warm demeanor, but truly cares about the person. An active listener who effectively and lovingly guides her client in setting weight loss goals and assists them in their journey. She celebrates every victory no matter how small. A remarkable human being!!
