I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. They are highly discriminatory, won't book an appointment if you won't give your insurance information over the phone, and argue with you with heated voices if you insist that you will bring your insurance information when you arrive. Dr. Sonander and Terrie Spenst are an excellcent team. Dr. Sonander is a family physician who has treated my grandparents, parents, siblings and extended family through the "circle of life" including the end of life in his geriatiric practice, to the beginning of life with my own children who are now adults themselves. Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Would you recommend this family doctor to others? I Already Have Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly
