Jan was referred to me from someone who had worked with her previously and had a great experience. I was a first time homebuyer and less familiar with the full process, Jan was great with educating me but also ensuring safety checks/things I did not think to ask about were covered. She wants to ensure her clients are set up in a good situation & can tell she really cares. She enjoys her job and is very informative throughout the process.
