Was assisted by the absolutely wonderful Theresa today who took the time to show me lots of different options until I found what I was after. She was so lovely to deal with - I look forward to shopping with her again.
I was looking for a modest gift and, although it wasn't going to be a major purchase, I was made to feel completely welcome and valued by Sally who looked after me. Such exceptional, warm, professional and thoughtful, service is rare these days - thank you! Knowledgeable and not in the least bit pushy - so I shall now be coming back for something rather more significant for myself!
We were a trio of friends tasked with buying a very special friend a birthday present on behalf of a larger group. It’s always tricky to spend the exact amount but Steph at Jan Logan in Double Bay took the time to find out about our friend and suggesting different combinations of items until we left feeling SO delighted that we’d found the perfect gift.
