Absolutely love this jewelry store! The pieces are stunning—elegant, high quality, and perfect for any occasion. What really stood out to me was the staff. Not only are they incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but they’re also absolutely beautiful inside and out. Their warm energy and genuine interest in helping made my experience feel personal and special. I left with a gorgeous piece and a big smile. Highly recommend!

Have purchased a lot of products from Jan Logan over many years, the quality and craftsmanship are excellent. The pieces are beautiful and unique. They feel like they will last a lifetime. Only had a problem with one ring where the stone fell out but the store fixed it and I am now wearing it with pride. It really does look beautiful.

I used to buy so many pieces for myself and gifts for others from this brand, but not any more. Think the quality has gone downhill. Spent $2500 on a ring and after 30 min the stone fell out. Took it back to replace it and they wanted to charge me over $100 to fix it, which is just rude. I would have preferred and been happy with a replacement but don’t believe I should pay to fix a faulty product. Will never buy from them again. So disappointed.
