If it's the same Jane Larsen I rented from back in 2010-15 on Eclipse st. This lady is all about the money honey lol Talk about Landlords who care about money then individuals safety. An old tree fell on my apartment due to heavy winds in the North East. Called her to let her know what happened and she was more worried about the roof than my family and I well being. Definitely would never do business with her company EVER AGAIN! ALL OTHER STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS.
This lady and her son only care about making their money. She’s very rude, only her way or no way at all. Stay away from her!
Do not use this agency! Jan Larsen also runs a property management side to this business and she is completely horrible at it. She rented our property to a group of Kuwaiti Nationals attending UTEP for Engineering Courses. These individuals decided to bring in 4-5 other individuals to live in the house. They proceeded to DESTROY our property by running the AC units with no filters until they died, they smoked cigarettes INSIDE the house (we found many cigarette butts and ash on the carpets), they smoked Hookah Pipes inside t... read more
