I HAVE CHOSEN TO NOT GET REPLACEMENT I AM 80 BOTH KNEES NEED IT..I WILL SAY THEY DO THE BEST THEY CAN TO KEEP ME COMFORTABLE.GOING BACK TODAY FOR GEL. AND EVERY NOW AND THEN I GET CORTISONE SHOTS TOO. I REALLY LIKE THEM AND HAVE SENT OTHERS TO HIM!
