I had a wonderful experience dealing with Jan Johnson at Select Mortgage. She was able to give me advise and direct me as to how everything could work better for me. I eventually need to deal directly with the bank. Believe me I want to see thing through with Jan, but she indicated to me that the people in the bank had too many other clients to work with at the current time.
