Boy oh boy I was expecting the process to be extremely complex and painful but Jan, Sarah and Melissa made this whole process so simple and easy that I am still not sure the house has actually sold! The only thing that bothered me, in a good way, was all the people showing up to see the house, less than an hour after it was listed! Jeez, slow it down a little!
